How to update your credit card and retry payment
If your ShieldPRO subscription renewal didn't work, the charge on your card failed, it may be that your payment details just need to be updated.
You will need to update your credit card details and then request that the subscription attempt another charge.
To do this, please follow these steps:
Go to your subscriptions page here:
- Click to update payment method
- Then, return to that page and click to re-attempt renewal payment
