Is there a way to get ShieldPRO features for free?

Shield Security Pro is priced at $79.00/year for 1 license (excluding any applicable taxes). 

Please note that the only option is 1 year subscription per license and we don't offer month-to-month subscription plans.

If you are iControlWP client, you can get ShieldPRO essentially "for free" when you use Shield Central inside iControlWP. We turn on all ShieldPRO features automatically for Shield Central clients (i.e. inside iControlWP).
